• Practical experience in Oracle Database Development using advance PL/SQL techniques and how to leverage them to deliver on mission critical systems in an agile setting.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle 12c or higher.
• Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code.
• Must have experience working with XML Processing, large objects using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Should have experience working in TOAD, ServiceNow, Jira.
• Ability to manage a variety technical tasks specific to application design, development, testing and roll-out.
• Experience managing complex large-scale systems and incorporating commercial and custom-built applications in an lT setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of leading transformational IT initiatives in complex and dynamic environments, such as those integrating multiple lines of a business organization s services into one system or developing Application Programming Interface (APls) and opensource platforms.
• Ability to manage technical tasks using an Agile and/or Lean operation mindset.
• Working knowledge of problem solving with customers using design thinking innovation.
• Demonstrated experience with database platforms, mobile and web platforms, multi-tier application frameworks, microservices, and cloud native applications.
• Demonstrated experience working with all levels of leadership, technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent analytic, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
