What you should know about the Financial Analyst II role: Compile, analyze and report on the Bank's Business Unit performance Assist with data management and reporting for various functions within Finance (interest rate risk management, liquidity management, financial reporting, capital stress testing, capital budgeting, etc.) In this role, your primary responsibilities will include: Provide financial, budgetary and analytical support to the Bank's major Business Units (e.g., Specialty Finance, Fund Banking, Venture Capital, Asset-Based Lending, etc.) Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for senior management Prepare MIS reports, monthly ALCO supporting materials, profitability reports, and other ad hoc projects Assist with data management for IRR & Liquidity models for use at ALCO, Capital Stress Testing, ERM, regulatory and ad hoc reporting Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements as well as analytical review of the G/L for material changes Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all produced financial materials and distribute to the Board, Senior Management, and other collaborating teams such as Accounting, Treasury, Risk, etc Identify reporting inefficiencies and trends and recommends improvements accordingly To be successful, your background should match these qualifications: One to three years of experience in a financial institution in a similar role required Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
