In this role you will:Manage property takeovers/onboarding process for newly acquired communities in terms of IT equipment and networks for office setup, data migration/setup for Yardi, and hardware/software setup for newly hired employees
Oversee and determine timeframes for major system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Contract and work with external vendors to execute property takeovers and IT projects
Oversee troubleshooting and supporting general hardware, software, and networks, imaging new/used desktops, laptops, setup printers, configure MAAS360 and iPhone devices during takeovers
Develop and implement IT policy and procedures for the organization
Implement network security projects and policies
Run regular checks on network and data security
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field
PMP Certification preferred
4+ years’ experience managing vendors, and processes in an IT department
Troubleshooting software, hardware, and networks
Real estate industry and Yardi experience preferred
Superior analytical and negotiation skills
Good communication and customer care skills – both written and verbal
Strong skills in crisis management and risk mitigation
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Must be willing to come to office 5 days/week in Bethesda, MD
