Scope of Work: Organize workshops with stakeholders to facilitate scoping and business requirements gathering. Documents the requirements of stakeholders for new Drupal based websites. Documents the requirements of stakeholders for changes to existing Drupal websites. Obtains formal agreement by stakeholders to requirement documents. Prepare project agreements and cost estimates. Works with clients/users in defining acceptance tests. Manages Change Requests and Bug reports. Provides periodic status reporting. Communicate/Update clients including senior official and managers project statdeliverables. Works closely with the Drupal technical team.

Deliverables:1. Client Projects Prepare requirement documents, wireframe/mockups and information architecture for Drupal websites 2. Client Projects Prepare detailed Change Request documents 3. Client Projects Prepare and deliver periodic reports to management 4. Client Projects Document project agreements.

Experience:1. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.2. Experience working on business analysis and requirements gathering of websites desirable.3. Experience working with Drupal development teams desirable.4. Experience working and influencing business clients and stakeholders.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;6. Excellent client orientation.7. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively8. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
