- Assist with various tasks related to administrative functions for ITS including: scanning of equipment, shipping and receiving, assisting with weekly laptop and peripheral inventory reconciliations, organizing storerooms and equipment, assist with occasional Lease Asset Coordinator tasks along, and some independent work and projects.
- Performs non-technical administrative tasks and support the ITS department.
- Performs weekly scans of equipment and works with the office Leased Asset Coordinator (LAC) and Information Technology Asset Management Team (ITAM) to reconcile laptop inventory.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving of ITS laptop equipment.
- Receives shipments and check-in items verifying accuracy of orders comparing received items to purchase orders. Inform local technician and Information
- Technology Strategic Procurement (ITSP) of receipt of technology equipment.
- Required to assist with shipping items to locations as required by clients and engagement teams and directed by management, ITAM, or ITSP teams.
- Maintains in-house inventories of laptop, peripheral, and printing supplies.
- Determines inventory quantities are enough for needs, and orders supplies to maintain stock in each office throughout the region. Distributes supplies to regional offices as needed.
- Performs and assists with asset management duties including: processing end of lease assets, checking in assets, and updating the Lease Asset Management (LAM) System. Assists and provides management with reports from LAM and Ariba to analyze trends and tracks cost of laptop and peripheral equipment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Associate degree or meaningful experience and accomplishments.
- Demonstrates a working understanding of MS Office and knowledge of Asset Management Database.
- Demonstrates the ability to run multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and reasoning skills.
- 50% travel within city to local offices as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- 1 to 3 years of meaningful IT asset management experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
