Key Responsibilities

As a product owner for a scrum team, maintain a prioritized development backlogMonitor, maintain and organize a scrum team's Jira boardIn collaboration with the quality organization, set precise and measurable user story acceptance criteriaGenerate, publish, and maintain documentation of user stories, product specs, feature descriptions, product roadmaps, and user feedbackIn collaboration with a scrum master, cultivate excellent product development processes and standardsParticipate in product vision shaping, including needs identification, definition, generation of solution design requirements, and validationPlan Lokavant's software release roadmaps based on the strategic product visionGenerate seamless and transparent communication within the development teamWork closely with the customer success team to incorporate product feedback from Lokavant's customersIn collaboration with the commercial team, ensure Lokavant's products are positioned optimally to potential customers, including training the commercial and customer success organization on new features/updates and related value

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of product management experienceExperience working in an Agile software development environment Proficiency with product management tools such as JiraExceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with effective multi-tasking and prioritization skills Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously Comfortable with ambiguity Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work as part of a collaborative cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment Sincere interest in working at a rapidly changing start-up and scaling with the company as we grow Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

Preferred (Nice-to-have) Qualifications

Experience delivering validated software in a regulated industryAbility to read and execute SQL codeExperience with healthcare data, ideally clinical/operational clinical trial dataKnowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g. EDC, CTMS, IRT, etc.)
