Job Title: Project Manager consultantPrimary Contacts: Thomas Martin (cc: Maurice Alvarez, Peter Lasaga)Rate: Approximately $18K per monthTerm: 10/1/2021 to 12/31/2021 The consultant is responsible for:

Leadership for the following existing projects:

MAppS Reformation – Phase 4
Liquidity Risk Project ( 2052a ) – Phase 3
314a Enhancement Project

Creating and maintaining the technical project plans for projects
Coordinating teams and resources for the projects
Driving meetings to ensure issues are investigated and mitigated early or escalated to the stakeholders quickly
Ensuring that project documentation and specifications are properly created and maintained.
Ensuring that project deliveries are met on time.

Requirements include:

7+ years of project management experience in Financial Services.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects
Detail oriented and able work under pressure.
MS Office and Visio.
Completed four year college degree required.
MBA and/or PMP certification a plus
Experience working with Financial Compliance project is a plus including FR 2052a and FINCEN 314(a)
