Desktop SupportLocation: onsite NYCMust be Fully vaccinatedDuration: 1 yearStart: ASAPThe End User Services Engineer will be tasked with not only providing technical support to users, but also helping with various projects and rollouts such as Microsoft App-V deployments and implementation of a global unified phone system. An ideal candidate will showcase both project management and technical skills with the leadership ability to open, onboard, and run a new office location.

• Expertise with Windows 10.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Administration
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and Group Policy Management
• Exposure to Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with office buildouts
• Strong ownership experience with a track record of delivering results
• Bachelor’s degree

• Trading floor support experience
• Experience with Active Directory
• VMware knowledge or experience
• Experience with Windows Server 2019
• Networking knowledge or experience
