Then read on.We’re seeking a business development marketing manager who performs at an advanced level, writing, coordinating design and project managing highly customized deliverables (proposals, presentations, etc.) for Investor Leasing business development (all U.S. markets).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages the entire pursuit process from inception through completion, including facilitating project kickoff/brainstorming calls, writing/content development, design coordination (collaborating with a graphic designer) and project management with internal stakeholders.Collaborates within a geographically dispersed team (and serves stakeholders in all U.S. markets), leveraging technology and team processes to ensure connectivity and alignment.Researches, writes and develops content in coordination with pursuit stakeholders and internal SMEs; applies critical thinking throughout the process.Reviews materials, proos content, ensures quality control and solicits feedback/approvals to finalize deliverables on schedule.Builds subject matter expertise and grows internal relationships to help facilitate a white-glove approach and process.Thinks strategically and proactively analyzes and interprets data (in collaboration with SMEs) to support the win strategy.Remains informed and up-to-date on industry knowledge, trends and competition, in order to provide strategic guidance for projects and pursuits.Provides excellent customer service, including responding promptly to internal stakeholder requests, meeting commitments and delivering against client-driven deadlines.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo direct supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.Certificates and/or LicensesNoneCommunication SkillsAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
