Sr. Finance & Accounting Analyst

Description A company is looking for a results-oriented Accounting Manager to join their growing team immediately. In this role, the Accounting Manager will ensure daily operations are running efficiently, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. An excellent opportunity to prove your prowess in establishing and scaling the accounting and finance operations with a company that rewards their employees based on results.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processesPrepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and proceduresCollaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlookDrive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlinesRegular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts Requirements - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuableCustomer service oriented communication skills

Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

CPA or MBA preferred

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

Recent relevant financial experience

Expertise in Internal Control

Documentation experience

Auditing experience
