HRIS Analyst The primary focus of this position is the management and maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as the main point of contact for HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate entry of data, data integrity, system training, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned.Role Responsibilities• Confirm accuracy and integrity of data through audits and query generation, coordinate data cleanup as necessary• Collaborate with functional experts to ensure all systems and processes are communicating properly to and from the HRIS platform• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to ensure timely resolution• Monitor daily integration to ADP and address any issues as they arise• Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions, status changes, compensation, direct deposit, tax, and time/attendance related issues• Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud inbound and outbound integration issues, including identifying and testing changes to existing integrations and well as writing functional specifications for new integrations• Participate in Oracle update processes including reviewing and analyzing upcoming quarterly enhancements in regard to functionality and discussing any critical or required system or process changes with the HRIS Director• Identify and create Oracle HCM Cloud user job aids as needed for employees based on new functionality• Create and distribute analytical reports to program leaders on a recurring basis• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management, HR technology, and HRIS applications• Recommend opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems and reports and/or system workarounds where possible• In collaboration with the HR Functional team, recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems• Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HRIS leadership team for prioritization.Qualifications• 8+ years previous HRIS experience ( some of those years using Oracle HCM Cloud including configuration skills)• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Good understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies.• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical• Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications• Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite• Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize activities based on business need, resource availability and dependencies on other system activities
