ConRes is hiring Specialty Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. Our Reps earn a competitive base salary, exceptional commissions and benefit plans along with top training and support, and recognition for high performers. Specialty Sales Reps are responsible for business development, new account acquisition, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within an assigned Solution set or vertical. Important activities include anticipating customer needs by proactively gauging customer requirements, responding to customer requests, preparing proposals, and developing solutions from available offerings.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed Margin/Activity quotas.

(Dials, Meetings set/accepted, Deal Registrations, Manufacture Engagements, Manufacture Certifications.)

Must execute entire sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to customer success.

Get Knowledgeable, trained and certified (as directed by Mgr.) on the ASSIGNED Corporate Solution Set or Vertical i.e. Healthcare, or Finance etc.

Build long-term trusting relationships with venders and customers

Research and gather information about target accounts

Create and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing activities to build pipeline.

Prospect new sales opportunities with Customers applying lead generation sales methodologies.

Efficiently manage sales pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results.

Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services.

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and attempt to set up appointments.

Document all activities and interactions in Salesforce.

Proactively manage your schedule and pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives.

Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential

Maintain CRM data, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education: 4-year College/University Degree.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience.

B2B Sales experience preferred.

Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionally.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.

Powerful written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation.

Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold calling.

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Personal Skills and Characteristics:

Self-motivated, self-managing and driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities.

Strong desire to finish and win.

High integrity and ethical behavior.

Strong work ethic, can do attitude, self-starting and managing. Creative tactics to reach the executive management

Skills:

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) AutoDialed, etc.

Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

Training: Become knowledgeable on Approved ConRes Solution sales plays.
