Senior Software Engineer / Python

Our client is growing Software Product company and they are looking for a Senior Level or Lead (5+ yrs) Python Developer. The company has about 30 employees, raised about $20M in VC funding and is continuing their growth story. They are engineering a modern API-driven software system. Candidates should ideally have 5+ years of experience with Linux, Python, Django, RESTful web services, backend API development, microservices, etc. Pluses include AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, complex business logic, work flows, event-driven systems.The Software Engineering team works in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment so excellent communication and organization skills are a must. The company is headquarted in NYC but the team is working remote and the role will offer lots of flexible work in the future.
