We are passionate about using technology to address our clients' toughest problems!

We seek an experienced and motivated leader to bring marketplace and investment process knowledge to our Aladdin Enterprise and Aladdin Risk product management team. This individual will operate at the intersection of Analytics capabilities and Aladdin product curation to empower the Investor; building solutions for Researchers, Portfolio Managers, and Risk Managers.

You will also lead new product initiatives, coordinate engagement with users, oversee product roadmaps, and ensure unparalleled execution to deliver winning products. Success in this product vertical will both improve Aladdin's overall value offering and facilitate new growth opportunities, ultimately contributing to bold Aladdin growth targets while delivering impactful functionality to BlackRock's asset management business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Augment your professional network: arrange engagement with senior leaders at BLK, in the Aladdin Business, and with key client touchpoints
  • Develop, own, and evangelize product strategy, including a review of partnership opportunities with third-party platforms
  • In partnership with Business Development and client servicing groups, articulate and disseminate competitor analyses and product positioning strategies
  • Identify strategic Aladdin Enterprise, Aladdin Risk, and Aladdin Studio product opportunities. Partner with Aladdin client teams to craft product campaigns, set target revenue outcomes, and build compelling products to achieve results
  • Translate investment process experience and client engagement skills to build intuitive user interfaces improving the end to end client experience and reducing client inquiry and service costs. Articulate and implement metrics to supervise engagement and product quality

Experience:
  • >10 years of Investment Process and related product experience. Intimate knowledge of financial technology solutions addressing this market
  • Proven success managing large, cross functional, technical projects by delivering measurable product value to demanding client communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate up and down the organization
  • Proficiency working with both technical developers and financial modelers as well as business leaders and target end users
  • Strong organizational, networking, problem-solving, and planning skills. Familiarity with agile product development life cycle preferred
