Architect Part time

In need of immediate hire for a part time senior architect. This is temporary work as needed, could continue long term based on work load at our office.

We are working on a townhouse gut renovation and addition as well as a new construction 2 family house both in NYC. We need assistance with red lining filing drawings and CDs. Reviewing drawings, reviewing objections from DOB, coordinating structural, etc

This job is not for someone to do any drafting or revit. We have very good junior staff. I need a senior architect for reviewing, sketching details, red lining, etc

This work is at our NoMad office, 5 people, relaxed environment. No work from home.

Work is paid hourly, flexible schedule, part time. Registered architect preferred but not necessary if sufficient experience.
