Sr Big Data Analyst

Statistical and simulation techniques (e.g., monte carlo) to solve management and operations challenges. AI and ML modeling techniques on large, complex datasets to build technical models that address business problems. Methods and algorithms included: Logistics Regression, Linear Regression, K-Means, and Hierarchical Clustering, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Neural Networks, Naïve Bayes, and Support-Vector Machine. Project scoping and alignment with senior management to translate business requirements into technical specifications. (e.g., defining data requests using SQL and NoSQL methodologies). Perform quality checks and evaluate statistical significance, on data collected, by measures of central tendency (median, mode, mean, percentile) and variability (variance, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis). Analyze large data sets using statistical software, programming languages (e.g., R, Python), and database languages (e.g., SQL) to provide critical insights and develop data science models. Create code scripts to automate data outputs and AI model operationalization (e.g., using R-Programming and Python). Use data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, to build graphs, charts, and dashboards to present business insights to clients. Convey technical results and recommendations to business stakeholders and leaderships through verbal and written communication Position requires Master's or equivalent-level degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering (Biomedical, Biological, Chemical), Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology), Mathematics, Operational Research, or closely related field, plus 2 years of experience performing the duties of this position.
