Senior Technical Architect

About UsHenderson Harbor Group is an Executive Search firm working on behalf of our clients to find high quality candidates in the areas of IT & Technology Services.Our client is one of the largest life insurance companies in the United States, providing insurance, retirement, and investment solutions for 175 years. They are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to lead implementation projects, the teams involved in those projects, and mentor junior resources.Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of assigned projects
• Determine the needs of the organization and research available solutions to determine suitability
• Work with designers and developers to explain the structure and assist them through the assembly process
• Ensure systems are working properly by carrying out testing procedures which satisfy quality standards
• Work with senior leadership to determine future IT requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Anticipation of problems and being able to solve them in at timely manner
• Being able to deliver results in high-pressure circumstances
• Ability to develop trust and understanding between all parties involved within projects
• Expert in time management and prioritization

• Software Development using Java/JEE, Spring, TDD
• Front End Development using JS, HTML, CSS
• Adobe Certified Master - AEM Sites Architect
• AEM V6.4+
