Enterprise Architect

Our client, a prestigious and highly reputable asset manager focusing on delivering growth equity investment solutions, is looking to hire a full-time Enterprise Architect in NYC!In this role, you will oversee and participate in the design, development, and enhancement of business applications with an emphasis on portfolio systems and its many integrations. This includes development of back-end batch processing, operational front-end development, and reporting.You will interface with the business, from senior level management, down to end users. You should be very passionate about learning new aspects of the business, financial markets and technology.The ideal candidate has 5+ years working experience in IT at Financial Institutions, including experience in enterprise batch applications and full stack development of web technology solutions.

• Design and implement full-stack software solutions
• Develop back end systems utilizing technologies including C#, REST, .Net Frameworks including .Net Core, T-SQL (SQL Server), MVC
• Expertise in T-SQL and SQL Server database management system
• Develop modern front-end systems utilizing technologies including Angular, Typescript
• Maintenance and enhancements to legacy front end ASP.Net MVC applications
• Interpret functional and business requirements, design and implement solutions and architecture suited to our current business model and enhance them
• Implement information technology infrastructure for development of products, as well as integrate internal applications with third party applications
• Mastery of various programming languages, software architectures and development tools
• Experience with Portfolio Systems like Advent (SS&C) Portfolio Exchange (nice to have)
• Following experience, a plus: Order Management/Trading Systems like Charles River OMS, Mutual Fund Accounting, Trade Operations, Client Reporting, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell, Trade Compliance, ActiveBatch, Bloomberg, Factset, ACD, DST, Azure Cloud, Post Trade (OMGEO/DTCC)
