Accounts Receivable / Office assistant

S&M Prompt Rubbish Removal is looking for a highly motivated individual that can thrive in a high pace environment. Must have great communication skills and be organized.

Must have computer knowledge (exp. Excel, Quick books & Microsoft Word)

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Job responsibilities:

Invoicing

Filing

Answering phone calls

Following up on outstanding invoices.

Assist coworkers with group projects as needed.
