Home care as well. Willing to train recent nursing school graduate.
Diagnosis: Encephalitis & uncontrolled Epilepsy. Ambulatory, non-verbal, g-tube for meds & hydration. Needs assistance in all activities of daily living.
Must be enthusiastic, energetic & possess a positive attitude.
Non smoker
Must be Vaccinated
Must have NPI# to bill Medicaid insurance for some shifts. School hours paid by BOE.
Shifts needed:
Monday 8:30am-4:30pm (accompany to school)
Tuesday 8:30am-4:30pm (accompany to school)
Sunday 5:00pm-11:00pm
