Verifiable work experience using a ride-on floor scrubber, carpet extraction, stripping, waxing and buffing floors. Candidates must be able to work independently without direct supervision.Job ResponsibilitiesOperating a Floor Cleaning Machine in the form of Carpet Extractors, Floor Scrubbers, Floor Buffers and Floor Polishers

Moving Furniture before and after cleaning

Cleaning, Dusting, Mopping, Stripping and Waxing Floors

Measuring Chemicals accurately

Operating Chemical dispensing units.

Labeling Chemicals

Cleaning, maintain, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.

Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.

Reporting maintenance issues to Supervisor.

Assisting with hazardous waste collection as requested by Supervisor

Requirements2 to 3 years operating a Floor Cleaning Machine in the form of Carpet Extractors, Floor Scrubbers, Floor Buffers and Floor Polishers

Physically able to perform the job duties as required by client

Excellent communication

High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent preferred

Must be able to meet physical requirements of position

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
