BOOKKEEPER- Part time/Full time

Small CPA firm currently looking for part-time bookkeeper. Flexible work schedule available. Position could lead to more permanent position as our business continues to grow. Familiarity with preparation of personal tax returns is a plus and could lead to immediate full time position.

Preferred candidates would have experience with Client Accounting Suite by Wolters Kluwer and QuickBooks online. Experience with Ultra Tax CS software for tax preparation.

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Bank Reconciliations, Payroll filings, Sales Tax, Filing, Billing and Collections, Tax return preparation and/or collation.
