Warehouse Sanitation

Location: Liverpool, NY Department: Warehouse Reports To: Warehouse ManagerYour Role: Utilizing various electric or manual equipment to maintain warehouse cleanliness, including aisles, rack, and warehouse slotting areas. Keeping the work environment safe, clean, and sanitary to company standards.

Overall warehouse cleaning (trash/recycling, aisle cleaning, sweeping, etc.)

Operating material handling equipment

Assigned zone work to maintain facility cleanliness

Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Team environment

Role Specifics:

Full Time 40 Hours per week Night Shift, Wednesday-Saturday

Walking, lifting and bending constantly throughout the shift

Varying temperatures both internal & external

18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree

Able to pass a physical abilities test and lift up to 60 pounds during shift

Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely.

We’d Like You To Have:

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

Experience with operating material handling equipment

Previous sanitation experience

Previous work in varying temperature conditions, specifically freezer temperatures
