Maintenance Supervisor

Student housing rental company looking to hire an experienced maintenance supervisor with previous experience in leading a small maintenance team and / or technician with the ability to move into a supervisory position.

Along with performing routine property maintenance tasks such as, basic plumbing and electrical work, sheetrock and painting, maintenance of heat systems, the ability to perform skilled carpentry work a plus. Knowledge of city housing code and preparing properties for inspection beneficial.

The successful applicant will work in coordination with subcontractors such as electricians, plumbing and heating contractors, trash removal, snow removal and landscaping companies etc. to maintain properties to a very high standard.

Working with the property manager, the maintenance supervisor will assist in preparing reports of required preventive maintenance by conducting routine inspections of the properties.

Responsible for on call emergency phone rotation approximately one week in four.

Must have truck and tools.

Excellent pay commensurate with experience.
