Our rapidly growing company for a limited time has one opening available for the ideal candidate for Ops Support Customer Service. Our family owned and operated business seeks the best and brightest motivated individuals to grow with our dynamic team.

Position starts at 11AM to close (typically 7-8PM but can fluctuate).

-Involves working as a team and individually with primary functions being in a support role to operational leads handling inbound phone calls from drivers, customers, or third parties.

-Answering emails

-Entering in freight orders

-Providing status updates

-Coordinating office/customer needs with drivers/warehouse

-Resolving operational issues

-Schedule delivery appointments

-Collecting delivery signature info, scanning all delivery orders to system, ensuring driver KPI maintains complaint.

Must be able to work very well with a diversified team and be able to keep speed on task individually while multi-tasking and prioritizing. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential to this support role. Ideal candidate can handle multiple tasks and represent the company with a positive customer service oriented demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time- Dependable and stable hours.
