Property Management company looking to hire Maintenance personnel

Responsibilities:

Respond to tenant repair requests.

Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order.

Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures.

Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, routine preventative maintenance.

Monitoring physical condition of community, pick up grounds and report any issues.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.

Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling.

Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.

5 year of maintenance experience.

HVAC experience in a PLUS.

High school degree.
