Handyman position on small property IN EXCHANGE for apartment

We have a small multi-family property on the border of Ulster County and Orange County, currently looking for a qualified Maintenance/Superintendent/Handyman in Wallkill, NY. Minimum of 25 hours a week required.

Prior experience being a Superintendent, Maintenance person, or Handyman required. Right position for the right person! Handyman position on small property IN EXCHANGE FOR an Apartment.

This is the right position for you if:

- You are a semi-retired or retired person

-You have prior experience in the same or similar position/trades

-Handyman experience

-Must drive, clean license, and have your own vehicle

-Good and clear communication skills

-Drugs or illicit substances will NOT be tolerated

Prior experience and skills needed but not limited to:

-Apartment turnover experience

-Sheetrocking

-Painting

-General electrical

-Boiler troubleshooting/maintenance/repairs

-General plumbing

-Appliance installs
