Needed Cook/Weekend Supervisor for nursing home

COOK-Full-Time morning, experienced a plus, knowing all diets. Prepares and serves high quality, nourishing and attractive food items to residents, visitors and staff in the facility. Supervises dietary aides in the absence of all managerial staff, in relation to daily production, safety and sanitation procedures.

SUPERVISOR-Saturday and Sunday making sure kitchen is running correctly and printing tray tickets, helping where needed in kitchen.
