Seasonal deer processing business located in Red Hook (Dutchess County) looking for skinning help. Preferably someone with advanced experience that has worked at a butcher shop or commercial deer processor before. You need to have more experience than doing your 2-3 personal deer each year. Ability to work nights and weekends are a musthowever hours could be flexible. Drivers license and your own transportation are necessary. Pay will depend on your ability/proficiency.
