Restaurant Staff Needed- Server, Bartender, Host!

Troutbeck is a 250 year old property in Amenia, New York the Northern Hudson Valley. We have 36 guest rooms, a 75 seat dining room, a banquet facility and incredible grounds, gardens and woods. It is a space for inspiration, for restoration, for community - it is a place to build memories.

Our restaurant sources as locally as it gets, pulling from our neighboring farms for produce and proteins, growing some of our own, and wandering the woods to see what we can bring to our table.

Troutbeck is looking for strong servers, server assistants and a host to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

-Have some experience in a front of house position. Fine Dining experience is optimal, but not required.

-Have a drive to learn and a passion for food and beverage. Anything you don't know, we are committed to teaching our staff.

-Be able to care for your team as well as your guests. We value participation across the property, and count on our staff to provide amazing hospitality with every interaction.

-Be Detail Oriented and Solution Minded. See the problem, find a solution…

-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Must have a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities will include:

-Guide guests through the dining experience with thoughtfulness, professionalism and passion.

-Be proactive during service, anticipate the needs of your guests and your teammates.

-Take care of the dining room and take pride in the place that you work.

-Work closely with your team every service to ensure that we are providing the best guest experience possible.
