Butcher / Meat Dept. Manager (Speculator)

Charlie Johns Store is currently seeking a full-time, skilled, Butcher/Meat Cutter/Manager devoted to providing excellent customer service and the highest quality product possible. Join our family of associates and support business operations as the head of the Meat Dept. Grow and develop the department, provide superior quality products and cleanliness, build associate and customer relations, and promote a strong, positive culture within Charlie Johns. Hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends. Previous experience in retail meat sales is required.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age

Experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter required, Management experience preferred

Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service

Ability to read, write, and perform simple math problems

Ability to interpret and follow instructions and solve problems

Knowledge of food safety

Relocation to our beautiful Adirondack area is necessary.
