Residential Service Plumber (Town of Tonawanda)

Shotwell Plumbing, LLC is a well-established second generation family-owned residential plumbing company. We have proudly serviced the Town of Tonawanda and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We take great pride in our company, with a focus on providing the best possible service to our loyal customers. We are currently in search of a full-time experienced journeyman plumber, to service our long time loyal customers, and our ever growing customer base. The qualified candidate must have a positive attitude, have good work ethic, and be able to properly and efficiently diagnose various plumbing issues. Must effectively inform/educate the customer of necessary plumbing repairs, and give appropriate options. Must be self-sufficient but also work well with others. This could be a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:

- Journeyman license required

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Customer service experience

- Must have basic hand/plumbing tools of the trade

- Must have a valid NYS driver's license

- Sewer and drain cleaning experience

- Ability to properly troubleshoot various plumbing issues

- Comfortable with taking charge and leading a job

- Ability to work alone and/or with others with little supervision

- Keep your company truck clean, and organized

- Properly complete all necessary paperwork

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance

- Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, office staff and supervisor

- Honesty, Integrity, Drug-Free
