Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill a Technical Support Specialist! This is a full-time, direct hire role with great benefits. This role is a great opportunity to break into tech, learn some awesome products, and support a team of Client Success Managers and Account Executives. This role is based in Buffalo, NY. Hybrid work arrangement offered after training period.

Responsibilities:

•Offer timely and accurate resolutions of customer inquiries and issues via email, chat and phone

•Collaborate with development team to escalate critical issues

•Provide inbound and outbound technical product support

•Create and maintain knowledge base for common questions and issues

•Keep CRM updated with customer information

•Participate in various internal projects and process improvement initiatives

•May provide one on one product training to customers

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma / GED required

•Prior system/software implementation experience required

•Passion for quality customer service and a positive attitude

•Experience supporting a software application

•Prior experience in customer service or help desk highly preferred

•Quick learner with the desire to learn new skills and product knowledge

•Strong troubleshooting skills

•Technical background preferred

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook

•Experience using a CRM system preferred

•Strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
