Primary Skills:
  • 84 months experience performing business, systems and data analysis for projects serving at least 500 users with budgets over $1 million
  • Developing requirements and specifications according to standard templates
  • Performing process and data analysis
  • Creation of test plans
  • Management and execution of test plans
  • 48 months development of Business Case documents: gather, organize, analyze, and quantify data about customer needs and requirements, costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, technical feasibility of implementing new or changed business solutions, and comparisons of optional solutions. Translate into information that can be used to make decisions and support the selection process.
  • 48 months experience in data modeling for on-line transactional processing systems, data warehouse, and/or data transformation or transfer projects.
  • 24 months experience working on complex business process improvement/ re-engineering projects.
  • 24 months performing Business Analysis for State or Local Government entities by following the NYS Project Management Guidebook and SDLC; or for implementing mandates or initiatives developed by NY State or Local Government entities.
  • 48 months experience working on Transportation or Transportation Infrastructure Systems serving at least 500 users with budgets over $1 million.
  • 24 months developing Requests for Proposals for IT solutions of complex business systems.
  • 36 months leading or managing teams of 4 or more, or leading Business Analyst program development or improvement efforts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • IIBA Professional Certification or Lean or Six Sigma Certification or other BA Certification
