Full Job Description:

Line/Prep Cook (FT & PT)

Great technique; strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking methods

Attention to detail

Cleanliness and organization

Team player

Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist

Ability to work in a busy enviroment

Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line

Weekends a must

Must ne at least 18 years old

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift & weekend availability

Dishwasher (PT)

Dishwashers provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. They are responsible for washing and cleaning all plate ware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Organization and efficiency are important as you quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort, and deliver clean dishes. Applicants must be reliable and a team player.

Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in assigned storage area

Stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 35lbs., and continuously bend, reach, and twist.

Keep dish room clean and organized

Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin

Clean food preparation and production areas as required

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Experience working in a team orientated environment

Maintains a positive, team focused attitude

Pay: $14-$16 an hour
