We have a urgent requirement for Sr. Business Analyst position with our client. Title : Sr. Business Analyst Location : Albany, New York Duration : 19 Months Client : NY State - New York State Education Department Client ID: HBITS-02-11021 Respond by: 12/22/20 Description Responsible for the analysis of current and planned business process recommendations of current and anticipated modifications to support implementation of a new case management system. Duties

  • Oversee the development and implementation of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program
  • Assist the OCM Team in the development of a Helpdesk solution, and oversee its implementation
  • Assist the OCM Team in the development of a Knowledge Management solution, and oversee its implementation
  • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders/subject matter experts to identify/prioritize/and plan for new change initiatives
  • Brief Executive Team weekly/monthly on new and in-progress change initiatives
  • Develop communications channels, and issue communications to the Project Team, Executives, Stakeholders, wider NYSED/ACCES-VR community, as necessary
Mandatory Requirements
  • Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
  • Experience (6+ Years)
Requirements
  • 60 Months of Experience in Change Management Solutions
  • 24 Months of Experience in Helpdesk/Support Solutions
  • 24 Months of Experience in Knowledge Management Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree Business Administration or Organizational Change Management
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
  • Certified Change Management Professional
  • Prosci and Change Management Professional Certifications
