• Gather Business Requirements
• Conduct As-is and To-be sessions with new PeopleSoft Financials users
• Configure new Business Units and functionality in PeopleSoft Financials
• Design customizations in PeopleSoft Financials
• Develop business process documentation for PeopleSoft Financials functionality

• Experience (8+ Years)
• Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Skills include: working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability.

• 84 months of experience performing software analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design, Business Process Definition, Requirements Management, Writing and Executing Test Scripts)
• 60 months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials ERP
• 36 months of experience working as a functional analyst with any of the following PeopleSoft Modules: Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, eBill Payment
• 36 months of experience working as a software analyst in a PeopleSoft Financials ERP in the public sector (State, Federal, or Local Government)
• 48 months of experience in data analysis or reconciliation in a PS Financials system
