R0030418 Lead Project & Program ManagerOVERVIEWHealth Language is seeking a highly qualified Project and Program Manager for our growing multi-national Professional Services team working with clients in multiple countries. Reporting directly to the Manager (Client Engagements), the Lead Project and Program Manager must have proven customer relationship, business development, project management, and information technology experience, and will ensure the successful implementation of our business and project initiatives, as well as grow relationships with current and prospective customers and business partners.LOCATION: Waltham, MA or remote (preferably in EST)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrive the successful delivery of product, content, and service solutions to HL clients.

Recommend and follow consistent processes to meet key project metrics that measure mutual success for Health Language and our clients.

Act as internal team facilitator to ensure project deliverables are met.

Function collaboratively in matrix and/or cross-functional teams

Monitor customer and project success and proactively facilitate.

Facilitate project activities that address a specific customer’s needs to achieve full utilization and value from HL products while maximizing revenues and profit to HL

Maintain regular and proactive communication to clients to ensure the quality of service and expectations are being met and to ensure customers are getting the expected value from the HL products.

Understand and use project management tools, techniques, and processes for planning, scheduling, controlling, tracking, and reporting.

Channel communication from the client effectively through HL, ensuring a timely response to all parties involved.

Ability to understanding and interpret License Agreements, SLAs and Legal Language.

Ability to create/write SOWs that accurately reflect scope, time, cost, assumptions, deliverables and payment terms.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience:5+ years project management experience, with proven ability to lead multiple time-sensitive initiatives in parallel

Proven experience successfully managing cross-functional projects

Operational experience preferred

Healthcare industry experience preferred
