We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time purchasing agent who is responsible, quick, accurate and organized. Responsibilities will include: Acting as liaison between the company and vendors Negotiate orders based on pricing, availability, and reliability Issue Purchase Orders based on company procedures Tracking orders from start to finish Manage the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory, material, tools, and equipment Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy Oversee warehouse daily operations Coordinate jobsite deliveries Review and verify purchase orders and Invoices are accurate Maintain pricing history to order products based on forecasted sales trends Analyze logistics to increase productivity of warehouse operations Work closely with project managers to assure material is received accurately and on schedule Work independently and as part of the team to complete work in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications/Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in the electrical field with a working knowledge of material and equipment Associate or bachelor’s degree in management helpful Highly acute attention to details Must display leadership, decision making & problem-solving skills Organizational skills are a must Prepare detailed reports for senior management reviews High proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong computer skills to adapt to company programs Excellent verbal and written communication Outstanding interpersonal skills Salary & Benefits: Salary range between $50k-60k per year based on experience Health Insurance 401k Plan Bonus Plan Potential Paid holidays and vacation time off Willing to train the right candidaterecblid 8z4re8bp70op8rn8osl62ipm9tdivrApply Now
