Collections and Assurance Team Member

Job Description

The key purpose of this role is the timely identification of credit risk issues in order to form appropriate recommendations for actions to be undertaken with customers. The team purpose of this role is to reduce debt & revenue leakage by ensuring all work items are completed and calls are answered or responded to in a timely manner. We can offer variety in tasks including but not limited to taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, managing BPEMs, responding to emails & raising disconnections.

Qualifications

Passionate, excited, detailed, experienced, empathetic, resilient and coachable are key words which describe you. Here are some other areas which you’ll bring to the table:

• Lowering bad debt write offs, which will be achieved through several embedded processes, best practice and reduced loss of revenue
• Identifying opportunities for improvement of systems and processes and suggesting advice and/or strategies to other staff to minimise risks
• Understanding of Credit systems, Revenue procedures - and other business systems
• Knowledge in debt collection techniques, the negotiation & resolution process is desirable.
