IT Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, problem-solving team player with a strong technical background to fill our IT Specialistposition.

You will be responsible for performing all of the necessary technical work for managing office IT infrastructure.

• Be able to respond to users with their IT office needs.
• Monitoring servers, firewall, network switches, SAS application, etc.
• Managing AD roles, Group Policy, AD integration with Azure AD.
• Managing O365 suit.
• Manage & monitor all VPN’s on the Firewall.
• Troubleshoot VPN & Network issues (Cisco & SonicWALL).
• Work with our vendors to trouble shoot issues.
• Provide support and communication via email, phone, and in person.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Address and close tickets opened by users and assigned to you.

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in office infrastructure and technologies required.
• Network+ or A+ certification a plus.
• Healthcare industry knowledge desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
