Job Description
Our leaders play a pivotal role withinour organisation, they represent our business, build client relationships and support the growth and development our exceptional Allied Health Team. This role will see you using your clinical knowledge and your leadership skills in various ways such as;
- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to staff members
- Assist with projects that improve clinical practice and service delivery
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed occupational therapy services to participants within schools, home and community
- Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to preform ADL’s and IADL’s
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a dedicated and highly capable team.
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- A passion for leading and empowering a team of Occupational Therapists
- Experience as a seniorOccupational Therapist and current AHPRA registration - Current Team Leader experience not required
- A desire to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals of all abilities
