caregiver for elderly lady w/dementia

Caregiver wanted for sweet elderly lady with mid-stage dementia. We are seeking a committed, patient, easy going woman, who has good communication skills, is efficient with tasks and proficient at navigating shifting daily needs.

Duties include: Doing errands, food shopping and organizing, light cooking, light daily cleaning, conversation and companionship.

Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but for the right person not absolutely necessary. At least 2 good references are required.

The job entails about 10-15 hours a week, and there is a possible live-in option which would include a private bedroom and semi private bathroom.

Applicants must have their own car, speak fluent English and be willing to sign up with a state agency which includes a background check.

Pay discussed at initial interview.
