Medical Assistant / Front Office (Santa Fe and Espanola)

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Medical Assistants and Front Office positions to join our team of healthcare professionals! We are a local healthcare company providing outpatient substance abuse treatment to the Santa Fe and Espanola communities. Be a part of a new clinical site in Espanola, or join an established team of professionals in Santa Fe.

Our treatment model is a holistic approach integrating both medical and mental health services in addition to community support. Treating our clientele with respect and dignity is at the heart of our treatment philosophy.

Job Qualifications:

– Early morning hours (5:30 am – 1:30 pm) M-F

– Must be fast paced with an attention to details

– Must have EHR / Computer skills

– Must have strong charting skills and medical terminology

– Must have reliable transportation

– Position includes both front office work (checking in patients, answering phones) and back office work (blood draws, vitals, etc.) for medical assistants

– Onsite training and ongoing education on substance abuse services offered, such as Narcan training / education classes.
