Innkeeper for Santa Fe Bed & Breakfast (downtown Santa Fe)

We are seeking an innkeeper to join our Bed and Breakfasts: Hacienda Nicholas and The Madeleine Inn. Like everything in the world now, we find ourselves in a state of flux, with business fluctuating between being very busy and then having very little business. If you can go with the flow, this could work well for you. I am currently not able to offer specific days and times, but hopefully once the quarantine lifts we will be in a position to do so. For now, it is go with the flow time.

We could offer some breakfast shifts (typically from 6:45-11am), as well as some afternoon innkeeper work (2:00-6:00 on busy days).

Please know that we are taking Covid seriously and have adopted a wide array of protocols to keep staff and guests safe.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast (with backup assistance during the breakfast hours), chatting with and assisting guests, cleaning up the kitchen, and then prepping for the following morning. The afternoon shift would consist of assisting with check-ins, helping out with our spa on busy days, baking cookies, watering the garden, sweeping paths and patios, etc. Perhaps you would also learn how to work the spa desk, so you could be available for that sort of work as well.

We are seeking someone who is energetic, cheerful, a good cook (we have great recipes), self-motivated, and with good common sense. It is also important you be a good multi-tasker, as there are times when this skill is very much needed.
