CRI seeks an experienced business analyst to work on projects at the State of New Mexico’s Department of Health. Project work is directly related to Covid-19, making this project work critical, dynamic and directly applicable to issues of public health. Skilled business analyst is adept at working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Given the unpredictability of the pandemic, the BA is flexible and confidently able to make real-time decisions in an environment that has minimal oversight. Successful candidate will have directly applicable experience working with data mapping, systems and data integration, creation of data flow diagrams, business process flows, decision trees among other standard BA documents. Past experience should include familiarity with these areas. Our BA is a quick learner who is able to quickly and enthusiastically comes up to speed on technical concepts and then translate them for a non-technical audience. This role requires the BA to express their passion for working on a critical public health issue reflecting a time of such considerable importance.
