Job DescriptionAs a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Technical lead to address operation questions and execute targeted campaigns

Expert on the Client’s loyalty solution and integrations/data flows

Communicate with 3rd party vendors to manage integrations and operations

Program Management:

You will be responsible for project and campaign and campaign development

Be held accountable to managing deadlines, approvals, and business requirements are met

Participate in status calls and provide project status updates on a daily and/or weekly basis

QA of all campaigns prior to client review ensuring that they were built to spec

Maintaining an excellent relationship with peers and peer groups internally

Voice of the client:

Know and understand your client’s business intimately and be an effective spokesperson for the client representing their point of view and concerns

Platform Expertise:

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of platforms so you can support clients, know the right questions to ask, and answer questions

Analyze key email performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimizing results

Weekly and daily reporting

Preferred Skills and Traits:8+ Years of professional experience

4 Years consulting experience

2 – 3 years of loyalty experience

SQL and API experience a must

You are a team player with a positive attitude and effective communication skills

You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

You earned a BA/BS with a concentration in marketing or business

You have the ability to negotiate and solve problems

You are proactive and take initiative with internal stakeholders and clients
