Manager Performance Obligations Overview of Position The Manager of Performance Obligations will manage the daily operational performance of the Change Management, Government Relations, and Evidence & Billing Recon analysts. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Manage the performance and holding accountable the Analyst teams, based on goals / expectations

Partners and assists to ensure tasks are accurate and completed efficiently

Partner with Customer Success and other stakeholders to communicate and understand their process impacts to Operations

Builds and oversees a team of employees for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities

Review and audit defined expected operational metrics/goals for accuracy and completions

Research concerns / issues regarding deviations from process and controls

Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to drive and achieve continuous improvement

Partners in developing, implementing and maintenance of Share Point

Acts as a SME to stakeholders by supporting the development / documentation and communication of new and revised processes

What are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

5+ years of experience as a people leader

5+ years of experience in the health care services industry

3+ years of experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?2+ years of Change Management and / or project management experience

Six Sigma Certification

Ability to analyze difficult problems and develop solutions

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to make presentations to audiences of varying levels and backgrounds

Strategic planning, business planning experience

Ability to maintain understanding of changes in health care market, State and Federal regulations. Strong organizational skills, effectively communicate in writing

Ability to analyze and interpret rule changes, regulatory guidance, and technical procedures
