Job Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Digital Activation Executive role is to raise the next line of talent within the digital activation team, whilst ensuring all tier 2 and 3 clients are serviced to Spark Foundry standards. DAE’s are judged by their client and technical ability but also their ability to support and train coordinators in their team to ensure a consistent level of service and final product for our clients.

DAEs are expected to take a lead role in tier 2 and 3 client relationships, participating to WIPs and business reviews and supporting their manager for larger client presentations and brief recommendations for tier 1 clients.

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

  • Response to client briefs with the support of line manager and building programmatic media recommendations that achieve strong client outcomes.
  • Smooth implementation and delivery of programmatic campaigns
  • Timely and accurate delivery of ad trafficking
  • Accurate and timely reporting, with the development of clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and Implement optimisations to ensure campaigns deliver against campaign KPIs.
  • Responsible and Accountable for output of coordinator in your team
  • Programmatic and ad operations experience and knowledge: Be able to operate campaigns and troubleshoot in DSP’s.
  • Understand the programmatic supply chain
  • Experience in data analysis and strong reporting ability
  • Keeps up to date with industry trends and beta products for testing.
  • Passes Google certification as a minimum (CM360 and DV360)

Qualifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A University degree or higher education qualifications OR 1-2 years experience in a programmatic or ad operations role in a media agency or in house
  • Experience across the following platforms: Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using any of the following buying platforms: Google ads, DV360, Amobee, Verizon, TTD, Mediamath
  • Experience using CM360 or any other ad-server for trafficking and reporting purposes.
  • Basic understanding and working knowledge of Australian Media Landscape
  • Relatively good understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising
