Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager you'll ensure all regional clients in Lamudi's markets work with Lamudi for their portal and digital marketing needs. The Sales Manager is responsible for exceeding new client targets set on Lamudi's Business Plan. As Sales Manager you are responsible for the performance of the team, closing new deals as well as client renewals. You will be expected to drive the company's growth by exceeding targets set for new accounts as well as working hand in hand with the Customer Success Team to ensure renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximization of total sales value per client.

  • Target setting + Monitoring + reporting of results.

  • Review of preparation + presentation of pitch decks.

  • Signing and renewing of accounts with prospective monthly revenues.

  • Maintaining healthy, positive and long term relationships with local key clients.

  • Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team.

  • Diagnose and find opportunity areas and generate solutions on sales processes (shadowing, training).

  • Support key accounts to ensure outcomes.

  • Key stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years leading sales teams with executives.

  • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills.

  • Very strong sales & negotiation skills.

Desired Requirements:

  • Intermediate english spoken & written.

  • Experience using salesforce.
